Anacleta Abaligio Great Grandmother 
According to the U.S. Social Security Administration application filed by our Grandfather Juan Beligio Sithar, Anacleta was his Mother. She could have been a decendent of the Panays native people, or possibly of Spanish/Filipino mixture. Abaligio could be a native filipino surname. Have been trying unsuccessfully to research the Abaligio name, so far unable to locate anyone in the Philippines with the Abaligio name. Source; U.S. Social Security Administration
